How we collect, encrypt, and safeguard donor and beneficiary personal information.
DPDP Act (2023) Compliance Framework:All beneficiary KYC data (Aadhaar hash, Bank accounts) and donor tax identifiers (PAN, Passport) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We never monetize, share, or sell donor information.
Commitment to Data Privacy
The Imam E Mahdi Foundation complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and global privacy standards. Confidential KYC data (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details) is stored under AES-256-GCM encryption at rest.
